Our trade scheduling model requires active supervision. We cannot cost-effectively deploy a project manager for isolated handyman tasks, single leaking taps, or replacing a handful of roof tiles.
2. Roofing, driveways, landscaping and new builds
We focus purely on internal renovation, extensions, structural conversions, kitchens, bathrooms, lofts, and commercial fit-outs. We do not lay block paving, construct entire new-build houses, or install domestic flat roofs.
3. Design and planning drawings
RMM is a builder and contractor. While we work closely with your structural engineers and can recommend local architects, we do not produce initial architectural design concepts or act as planning agents.
4. Work outside our coverage
To deliver reliable 24/7 emergency response and dynamic scheduling, our teams must stay local. We rarely accept domestic projects beyond our core West Midlands postcode network.
